Clearheart Bodywork offers conscious touch training, a multi-modality approach to hands-on bodywork, in Nelson, BC, Canada.

Our conscious touch training program is a unique education opportunity for alternative medicine practitioners who wish to learn about energy meridians and five element Oriental medicine theories. We also offer training programs of interest to caregivers and others curious about human anatomy and the energy body and those on a path of self-discovery, including discovering the healing ability inherent in their sense of touch.

At Clearheart Bodywork our mission is to offer high quality instruction in human anatomy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and healing bodywork and massage. Our training programs take place in a supportive learning environment where we foster the body's integrity and work with our students to bring forth its inherent knowledge and wisdom.

Join us this Fall, 2008!

Morning instruction in Human Anatomy and Traditional Chinese Medicine and afternoon Bodywork training structure each day. A brief spiritual practice and song open and close each day.

Small class size (maximum 10 students) and abundant one-on-one instruction ensure quality learning. Successful completion requires attendance, participation, demonstrating an appropriate level of understanding and practical skill, emotional maturity and professionalism.

There are quizzes but no formal examinations. There is a supervised clinic day culminating each bodywork course and five 2-session case studies as part of the program. Graduates will have a solid foundation in all components of this conscious touch training and will emerge from our training program with practical wellness tools to share with others.

The instructor, Heather Bury, Dr. of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Certified Rebalancer, inspires and encourages participants in their process of understanding and skill development.
